Knowledge Management (KM) plays a key role in the work of achieving our goal of assisting our clients to become more successful.
The firm’s KM work is thus aimed at increasing the value of our services for our clients. In order to attain this goal, the KM department continuously works to provide the conditions for utilising and making available the combined knowledge, experience, and initiative of both employees and the firm, and developing the employees’ skills, both legal and otherwise, of importance to the business.
Associate Ulrika Forsberg heads the KM department, which otherwise comprises a librarian, Åse Onevik, and a KM assistant, Sandra Everklint.
