Gernandt & Danielsson has assisted Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) and ABCIB Holding AB in the acquisition of all shares in HQ Bank AB and HQ Fonder Sverige AB.
Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) and its parent company ABCIB Holding AB have acquired all shares in HQ Bank AB and HQ Fonder Sverige AB. Through the transaction the operations within HQ Bank are merged into Carnegie's existing operations and HQ Fonder becomes a subsidiary of ABCIB Holding AB.
Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Carnegie and ABCIB Holding in the acquisition process.
