G&D conducted the legal due diligence in connection with Corem Property Group AB’s (publ) new issue of shares and change of stock list from NGM to NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. Corem has issued a maximum of approx. 6.5 million new shares, corresponding to a value of approx. SEK 309 million. The first day of trading on OMX is presumed to be the 24th of June 2009.
Corem has property holdings with a fair market value of approx. SEK 4.4 billion, which mainly consist of industrial, warehouse, logistics and commercial properties.
