Dick Lundqvist has been appointed as Chairman of the Board for Gernandt & Danielsson Advokatbyrå.
Mr. Lundqvist has been a partner of Gernandt & Danielsson since 1998. His primary practice areas are mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and banking and finance.
