EQT Infrastructure Limited acquires Swedegas AB
Gernandt & Danielsson has assisted E.ON Ruhrgas AG, Statoil ASA, DONG Energy Oil & Gas A/S och Fortum Heat and Gas Oy in the divestment of Swedegas AB to EQT Infrastructure Limited.
Swedegas AB is the owner and operator of the largest part of Sweden’s gas transmission network located in southern and western Sweden (from Dragør in Denmark to Stenungsund in Sweden).
Gernandt & Danielsson’s team was led by partners Anders Wallén and Dick Lundqvist. Counsel Joakim Brännström has been project leader in the transaction and assisted by the associates Sara Edström and Johanna Kjellqvist. Rolf Larsson has managed the competition law issues.
