Spray Passagen Internet KB, which is jointly owned (50/50) by Eniro and Aller, has disposed its Spray Passagen business. Spray Passagen is a Swedish media company, which holds some of Sweden’s strongest trademarks on Internet, e.g. the
e-mail service Spray Mail and the matchmaking site Spraydate. The transferred business reaches over 1.3 million unique visitors on Internet every week and has half a million active members.
Gernandt & Danielsson has assisted Eniro in the sales process through a team led by partner Mats Hugoson assisted by associates Per Strömblad and Sven Törringer.
