Falck Investment Sverige AB has acquired Ulfabgruppen Holding AB, the largest private ambulance company in Sweden. Together Falck and Ulfab constitutes an organisation with a turnover of approximately SEK 750 million and employs about 1,000 people in Sweden. Closing took place on 18 August 2008.
