G&D has advised Fortin Properties in connection with the sale of the property Klarabergshuset in Stockholm to AFA Fastigheter.
The transaction is made through a divestment of a company. The property consists of approximately 22,000 sqm. The building was originally built in 1953 and a larger reconstruction was carried out in 2007. Major tenants are the Swedish Research Council, Ongame and Posten. Completion will occur in October 2012.
