Hemtex, whose shares are listed with NASDAQ OMX Stockholm, has announced that it intends to carry out a guaranteed new issue of shares.
Swedbank Markets are finacial advisers and Gernandt & Danielsson, through a team lead by partner Bob Johanson and senior associate Marcus Nivinger, are legal advisers to Hemtex in the transaction.
