Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Nordstjernan in connection with its acquisition of 50 per cent of the shares in Llentab.
The investment has been made through a share issue and a purchase of existing shares from the Lindblad family. The Lindblad family remains with an ownership of 50 per cent. Llentab produces steel buildings according to its own product concept. Llentab’s head quarter is in Kungshamn and the company has also a production site in Poland. Llentab had in 2011 a turnover of MSEK 701 and the company has 446 employees.
