G&D advises in PA Resource’s issue of bonds with a value of SEK 850 million
The oil and gas company PA Resources AB (publ) has, primarily in order to repay an existing bond loan maturing in March 2011, issued an un-secured bond loan on the Swedish market. PA Resources intends to list the bonds for trading on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) and E. Öhman J:or Fondkommission AB have together acted as financial advisors in connection with the issue of the new bond loan.
G&D has acted as legal advisor in connection with the issue of the new bond loan, with a team primarily consisting of the partners Manfred Löfvenhaft, Carl Westerberg and Mikael Borg and the associates Malin Persson and Caroline Jägenstedt.
