Gernandt & Danielsson has been engaged when PA Resources AB (publ) makes a new issue of convertible bonds
The oil and gas company PA Resources AB makes a new issue of convertible bonds with preferential subscription rights for existing shareholders. Through the planned new issue, the company will receive proceeds of approximately SEK 1,2 billion before issue costs.
Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Carnegie Investment, which acted as financial advisor to PA Resources. Gernandt & Danielsson’s team has been lead by partners Manfred Löfvenhaft and Carl Westerberg assisted by associate Per Strömblad.
