Gernandt & Danielsson has assisted ISS.
ISS Facility Services AB has divested its landscaping business to Landscape Services Sweden AB, a company controlled by private equity house FSN Capital. The divested business has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 500 million and approximately 300 employees.
Gernandt & Danielsson has assisted ISS in the sales process through a team led by partner Bob Johanson assisted by associates Marcus Nivinger, Carolina Hertzen, Sven Törringer and David Östlund. Rolf Larsson has handled competition law issues.
