Gernandt & Danielsson has assisted Karnell in the transaction.
Karnell has acquired a majority stake in Struktur Svenska Kontor. Struktur Svenska Kontor is the leading specialist in workplace changes in Sweden and is with more than 1,800 completed projects the market leader in the Nordic region. The transferred business’s turnover is approximately SEK 200 million and has approximately 100 employees in Stockholm, Göteborg and Malmö.
Gernandt & Danielsson has assisted Karnell in the transaction through a team led by partner Mats Hugoson assisted by associates Fredrik Mörner and Sven Törringer.
