Moderna Finance AB has entered an agreement on disposal of the subsidiaries Moderna Försäkringar Sak, Modern Re, MF Bilsport & MC Specialförsäkring och netviq to Danish insurance company TrygVesta Forsikring A/S. The purchase price was 1,3 billion SEK.
