Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Nordstjernan in its acquisition of Rosti.
Nordstjernan AB has, through its wholly owned subsidiary Stella Plastic Holding AB, entered into an agreement with Rosti A/S regarding the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares in Rosti Technical Plastics Holding A/S (”RTP”), which produces injection-molded plastic products for a number of industries. During the last twelve months RTP had sales of 112 MEUR.
The transaction is expected to be completed during Q1 2010 after approvals from relevant competition authorities have been obtained.
Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Nordstjernan in the acquisition process through partner Dick Lundqvist and associate Corinne Ekman. Rolf Larsson assisted on issues relating to competition law.
