Gernandt & Danielsson has advised DnB NOR Eiendomsfond I AS in connection with its acquisition of the real estate Pentagonen 1, located in the retail area Kungens Kurva, south of Stockholm, from Fastighetsaktiebolaget Granen. The deal value amounted to approximately SEK 400 million. Construction work began this summer and when completed in the autumn of 2008, the real estate will comprise a shopping centre focusing on furniture, design and home furnishing.
