The Private Equity Company Private Investment becomes a new majority owner in San Sac AB, one of Swedens leading manufacturers producing equipment for waste management with a turnover of aproximatly 140 Msek.

Gernandt & Danielsson has assisted Priveq in the acquisition through partner in charge Bob Johanson and associate Carolina Hertzen.
