Gernandt & Danielsson advises SkandiaBanken, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Skandia Insurance Company which is one of the world’s leading independent providers of quality solutions for long-term savings, in connection with its divestment of SkandiaBanken Bilfinans in Sweden and in Norway to DnB NOR. The business of Bilfinans today comprises approximately 115,000 customer contracts and includes an aggregate credit portfolio of approximately SEK 13 billion. The purchase price amounts to approximately SEK 2.3 billion.
