How we work

We have a flexible approach and create a specific team for the individual matter.

We quite simply choose those employees whom we feel can do the best job in a specific case, for example, because they have prior experience in the relevant practice area.

The work is characterised strongly by close cooperation between the members of the team and the client. We endeavour to build a team spirit and to ensure that everyone has an overview of the entire matter so that each individual is able to perform to his or her best ability and to prevent anything falling between the cracks. No one should deal solely with a small piece without understanding where it fits into the whole puzzle. This guarantees a sense of responsibility and creates the conditions for proactive and devoted commitment.

The core value of quality is guaranteed by one or often several partners actively participating in the work. A Gernandt & Danielsson partner is not a person who appears only at the "kick-off" of the matter and at closing, but is a team member who rolls up his or her sleeves and works beside, and in close cooperation with, the team's more junior members.

Our clients expect a lot from a Gernandt & Danielsson lawyer. Naturally, he or she has to know the law.
