Our focus is on transactional work and we regularly advise on public takeovers (cash offers as well as exchange offers) and securities offerings (initial public offerings, rights issues and share redemptions and buybacks, as well as private placements of securities). The group also regularly advises clients on corporate governance matters and other capital markets matters (securities law and company law).
We have a strong track record as advisor to clients on many of the largest and most complex transactions on the Swedish capital markets.
