These include disputes regarding commercial agreements, M&A transactions, corporate law (including squeeze-out proceedings and director’s and auditor’s liability), intellectual property rights and marketing practices, employment law and competition law.
We have vast experience from international arbitration proceedings both ad hoc and institutional. We have participated in, among other things, disputes regarding major construction projects in many parts of the world, joint ventures, intellectual property rights and distribution agreements. G&D’s lawyers have a particularly deep understanding of arbitrations relating to Eastern Europe and Asia based on many years of experience acting as arbitrators and counsel.
G&D also has significant experience in representing clients in administrative proceedings. The group regularly represent clients in disputes related to the Electronic Communications Act. Among the matters in which we have acted are disputes regarding the issuance of 3G licences, SMP (Significant Market Power) status, interconnectivity pricing and many other relating issues. G&D frequently acts in challenges to public procurement decisions where previous experience is often a requirement in order to act with the speed required in such proceedings.
