Employment with us, therefore, requires a very high degree of legal knowledge. The work also requires that you are precise, responsible and structured. Other qualities we value include analytical ability, sound judgement, social skills, initiative, a strong drive, and creativity. District Court clerkship experience is a merit but not a requirement. Many of our associates have been recruited directly following their legal studies. Considering the firm's international focus, studies abroad are a merit. Excellent English skills are also a requirement in order to be able to handle the work which, to a large extent, is conducted in English. In a service business such as ours, work experience from entirely different fields can also be a merit. We also assume that applicants have a commercial mindset and an interest in the business community, i.e. in our clients' businesses.
