An excellent way of experiencing life at a commercial law firm is working as a summer intern.
This involves a summer employment for law students who participate, normally for a period of four to six weeks, in the daily work of the firm under the guidance of more experienced lawyers and with the support of a mentor. The duties include performing legal research within the framework of individual matters and assisting in due diligence work. We would like you to have studied at least six semesters when the internship is due to start. Each summer, we employ around six summer interns.
Applications must be received by Gernandt & Danielsson not later than 15 February 2010. In addition to a personal letter and a CV, the application should contain grades from your legal studies and secondary education as well as certificates evidencing any other studies or work experience you wish to draw to our attention.
