Dick Lundqvist

Dick advises primarily on transactions and corporate law and securities law. His practice includes private and public M&A, equity capital markets and general corporate. He has extensive experience of complex, cross-border M&A transactions and equity capital markets transactions. Dick also has broad experience of various types of corporate investigations and stock market and insider trading matters.
