Niclas Rockborn

Niclas has been a Partner at Gernandt & Danielsson since 2005. He has over 17 years' experience advising in relation to the regulation of financial institutions. He has extensive experience advising in the banking and insurance sector, the asset management sector, insurance firms, and other financial institutions. He advises on e.g. new licences, new products and services, sanctions and investigations, and day-to-day matters. He also has substantial experience in negotiating international master agreements for OTC transactions, such as ISDA, GMRA and GMSLA. Niclas also advises on matters relating to new rules and regulations, e.g. AIFMD, CRD IV, Solvency II, MiFID II and EMIR.
