Gernandt & Danielsson has advised NP3 Fastigheter AB (publ) (”NP3”) in connection with an issue of green bonds in a total amount of SEK 500 million under NP3’s existing high yield MTN programme with a total framework amount of SEK 5 billion. NP3 will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on the Sustainable Bond List of Nasdaq Stockholm. Gernandt & Danielsson also advised in NP3’s tender offer to the bondholders of the existing bonds 2020/2024 and bonds 2021/2024.

Gernandt & Danielsson advised NP3 with a team consisting of partner Mikael Borg and senior associate Simon Wetterholm. In addition, Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) and Danske Bank A/S, Danmark, Sverige Filial have acted as joint bookrunners in connection with the bond issue and the tender offer.
