Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Volati AB (publ) in its entry into a SEK 2.6 billion credit facilities agreement with Nordea and SEB as lenders as well as a SEK 300 million overdraft facility with Nordea as lender. The credit facilities agreement includes a SEK 1.2 billion term loan facility and a SEK 1.4 billion revolving credit facility.

Volati primarily owns Nordic companies, predominantly in Sweden, and focuses on value-adding add-on acquisitions of companies with long-term sustainable business models. Volati has been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm since 2016.
