Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Clear Touch Interactive (“CTI”) in connection with its acquisition of Natural User Interface Technologies (“NUITEQ”).

CTI is a US manufacturer of interactive touch panels and accessories as well as digital signage displays and solutions for education, government and business. NUITEQ is a collaborative software company that enables people, teams, educational institutions, businesses and government organizations to add value through smarter human interaction.
