Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Norvestor and Pearl Group on its acquisition of Origo’s banking and SAP solution business in Iceland and Sweden through a combined acquisition of all shares in Applicon AB and an asset deal.
Origo and Applicon AB provide, inter alia, IT solutions for the banking and financing sector in Sweden and Iceland and are leading providers of SAP solutions in their respective markets.
Norvestor is a leading Nordic private equity firm and the largest owner of Pearl Group. Pearl Group is the largest SAP partner in the Nordic region, delivering solutions in ERP, cloud services and advanced marketing and e-commerce solutions.
