Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Titania Holding AB (publ) and its subsidiaries (“Titania") in connection with its entry into facility agreements in a total amount of SEK 150 million with Norion Bank as senior lender and Triol Kreditstruktur as junior lender, for the purpose of financing Titania's acquisition of the property Solna Byggmästaren 2.

Titania is a property company with a focus on self-development of housing in the Stockholm region and is responsible for major urban development projects from the early stages of the zoning planning process to completed new residential areas. Titania is listed on Nasdaq First North.
