Marcus Johansson

Marcus joined Gernandt & Danielsson in 1997 and became a Partner in 2005. With extensive corporate law experience, Marcus specialises in dispute resolution and insolvency/restructuring, as well as liability and compliance evaluations and financing. Marcus’ main focus area is the financial sector, particularly complex or cross-border matters. He accepts appointments as an arbitrator in Swedish and international arbitrations.
