It provides a practical analysis of developing regulatory initiatives aimed at fostering innovation, while at the same time protecting the public and mitigating systemic risks.

Partner Niclas Rockborn, senior associate Rikard Sundstedt and senior associate Robin Entenza, all active within Gernandt and Danielsson’s specialist and financial services group, are authors of the Swedish chapter in the 8^th edition of the guide.
