Gernandt & Danielsson assisted the Volati Group in the acquisition of me&I

Gernandt & Danielsson has assisted the Volati Group in its acquisition of the share majority in Meandi Holding AB – the parent company in the fashion company group me&I.

me&I was founded in 2004 and sells its clothes to kids and women through subsidiaries in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Germany and the United Kingdom. In 2012 the company group had a revenue of almost SEK 190M.

The purchaser of the shares in Meandi Holding AB is the Volati Group’s associated company Volati Förvaltning AB.

The transaction was closed on 2 December 2013.

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised in the transaction with a team consisting of the partner Mikael Borg and the associates Sara Zachrisson and Gabriel Zsiga.
