Gernandt & Danielsson advised ÅF AB (publ) in its acquisition of LeanNova Engineering AB

ÅF AB has acquired all shares in LN Management AB and its operating subsidiary LeanNova Engineering AB.

ÅF AB is an engineering and consultant company with assignments in energy, industry and infra-structure. Through the acquisition of LeanNova Engineering AB, with approximately 200 employees in Trollhättan, Göteborg, Coventry and Shanghai, ÅF AB and LeanNova forms Sweden's leading and most comprehensive provider of development services to the automotive industry. LeanNova will be included in ÅF AB's Technology division and will form an important foundation for further development of the operations in product development for the automotive industry.
