Gernandt & Danielsson advises Volati AB (publ) in its new unsecured credit facilities agreement entered into with Nordea consisting of a SEK 700m revolving credit facility and a SEK 200m overdraft facility. A part of the amount under the credit facilities agreement will be used to finance Volati's subsidiary's, Akademibokhandeln Holding AB (publ), early voluntary redemption of its outstanding bond loan. Gernandt & Danielsson also advises Volati and Akademibokhandeln in Akademibokhandeln's early redemption where the early redemption date is set to 19 March 2019.
Volati is a Swedish industrial group focusing on acquiring well-managed and profitable companies at reasonable valuations and developing these over the long-term. The company's shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
