Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Carnegie Investment Bank AB (publ) in connection with an accelerated bookbuild offer of class B shares in Loomis AB (publ) (“Loomis”) of approximately SEK 1.1 billion. In connection with the offer, Carnegie (acting as commissioner on behalf of Citigroup Global Markets Limited, the principal) acquired all outstanding class A shares in Loomis, to be converted into class B shares.
Loomis offers safe and effective comprehensive solutions for the distribution, handling, storage and recycling of cash and other valuables. Loomis operates through an international network of more than 400 branches in more than 20 countries and employs around 24,000 people. Loomis’ class B shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
