Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Fastator in connection with a directed share issue

On 7 September 2020, Aktiebolaget Fastator (publ) carried out a share issue of SEK 120 million directed to Swedish and international institutional investors.

Gernandt & Danielsson advised Fastator with a team consisting of partner Mikael Borg, senior associate Daniel Sveen and associate Simon Wetterholm.
