Gernandt & Danielsson advises in relation to an approx. SEK 6 billion private placement in Embracer Group

Gernandt & Danielsson advises Nordea Bank Abp, HSBC Continental Europe, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB and Swedbank AB in connection with a private placement of shares in Embracer Group AB through a directed new share issue of approx. SEK 6 billion. The shares were subscribed by Swedish and international institutional investors.
