Gernandt & Danielsson advised in ALM Equity's issue of corporate bonds and tender offer and early redemption of its outstanding bonds 2021/2026

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised ALM Equity AB (publ) (“ALM Equity") in connection with an issue of corporate bonds in an amount of SEK 500 million within a framework of SEK 1,000 million. The bonds will be admitted to trading on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. Gernandt & Danielsson also advise in ALM Equity’s tender offer and early redemption in relation to its outstanding bonds 2021/2026.
