Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Dunlop Aircraft Tyres' (Tyre MidCo Limited) issue of senior secured bonds in a total amount of USD 93 million. Pareto Securities (the "Sole Bookrunner") has acted as sole bookrunner in relation to the bond issue.

Gernandt & Danielsson advises the Sole Bookrunner with a team consisting of partner Mikael Borg, senior associate Jakob Forsell and associates Erik Schwartz and Viktor Rytter.
