Gernandt & Danielsson advises in European Entertainment Group's EUR 585 million bond issue

Gernandt & Danielsson advises in European Entertainment Group AB's (publ) issue of secured bonds in a total amount of EUR 585 million within a framework of EUR 800 million. ABG Sundal Collier and Pareto Securities (the "Joint Bookrunners") have acted as bookrunners in relation to the bond issue.
