Gernandt & Danielsson advises Mattssons Fastighetsutveckling AB on its divestment of five properties located in Norrköping

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Mattssons Fastighetsutveckling AB in connection with the divestment of five properties located in Norrköping, whereas one property comprises of building rights, mainly in the light industry category, fully let, with a total lettable area of 16,600 square meters. The transaction took place through the sale of all shares in the five property-owning companies with a total agreed property value of SEK 240 million. Signing took place on October 10 2025, and closing will take place during the fourth quarter of 2025.
