Gernandt & Danielsson advises Titania in connection with the entry into a SEK 975 million construction facility

Gernandt & Danielsson advises Titania Holding AB (publ) and its subsidiaries (“Titania") in connection with the entry into a construction facility agreement in a total amount of SEK 975 million with Triol Bostadskreditfond AB and Triol Kreditstruktur II AB, for the purpose of financing the construction and development of a certain existing development property.
