Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Prisma Properties on its issue of green bonds

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Prisma Properties in connection with its issue of green bonds in a total amount of SEK 500 million with maturity in 2029. Prisma Properties will apply for admission to trading of the bonds on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.

Prisma Properties is a Swedish real estate group focusing on modern properties in the discount retail, grocery retail, and quick-service restaurant sectors.

Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Prisma Properties with a team consisting of partner Mikael Borg, senior associate Simon Wetterholm and associate Erik Schwartz.
