Gernandt & Danielsson has advised M&G Real Estate on the divestment of the company with the site leasehold interest in the property Blekholmen 1 (known as Klara Strand) and the simultaneous acquisition of the property owning company of Skravelberget Större 19 in Stockholm. The counterparty in the swap-deal is Alecta Fastigheter AB.
Klara Strand has a lettable area of 34,000 square meters and includes inter alia office space, a conference facility, restaurants, student housing and garage.
Skravelberget Större 19 has a lettable area of 3,200 square meters with 9 floors, where the ground floor is leased to Kasthalls Mattor & Golv and the upper floors contain office space.
Both properties are located within Stockholm, CBD.
