Gernandt & Danielsson advises BlackRock on their acquisition of a logistics property in Vaggeryd, Jönköping. The transaction takes place through the acquisition of the shares in the property-owning company, and involves the development and construction of a modern parcel terminal for the tenant PostNord.

PostNord is investing SEK 1.1 billion in the new high-tech and sustainable terminal, which will be able to process 25,000 packages per hour, achieving the highest capacity in Sweden. The parcel terminal is expected to be finished in Q2 2027.

Gernandt & Danielsson's team for the transaction consisted of partners Magnus Lidman, Mikael Bolling and Peter Forsberg and associates Alexander Thörnberg, Erik Schwartz, Sofie Hallén, Sanna Pettersson and Viktor Rytter.
