Gernandt & Danielsson advises Collaxio in connection with its acquisition of portfolio holdings from Aggregate Media

Gernandt & Danielsson advises Collaxio AB (publ)("Collaxio") in connection with its acquisition of eight portfolio holdings from Aggregate Stockholm AB ("Aggregate Media") against shares in Collaxio corresponding to approx. SEK 18.5 million (calculated based on the closing price of Collaxio's share on Nasdaq First North Growth Market on 19 February 2026).

Collaxio is a Swedish investment company that acquires and develops portfolios of investments in unlisted assets. The company is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market.
