Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Citira Holding's issues of subsequent bonds

Gernandt & Danielsson advises in Citira Holding AB's (publ) (formerly Circular Tire Services Europe Holding AB (publ)) issues of subsequent bonds in a total amount of SEK 420 million within its existing framework of SEK 2.6 billion. ABG Sundal Collier has acted as sole bookrunner in connection with the issues.
