Gernandt & Danielsson advises Genova Property Group AB (publ) (“Genova”) in connection with its issue of subsequent green corporate bonds in a total amount of SEK 200 million within its existing framework of SEK 750 million. Arctic Securities has acted as sole bookrunner in connection with the issue.
